“This is not my first time using APH Manchester but the first time using the EV charging service.
As usual quick and stress free check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. The transfer to the airport for departure and return was speedy no hanging around and being able to collect the car knowing it’s fully charged was a bonus as we had a long drive home early hours of the morning without needing to stop!
Highly recommended.”

“We have used APH on a number of occasions, it is always a speedy and smooth check in process, the bus is there ready, it is clean and spacious, the drivers are always friendly and helpful.
Only observation on this occasion, my charging lead was not put back in the bag and was left unravelled in the passenger footwell. This happened the first time which we used APH, after I advised on this, it was repacked in the bag I gave on the next 2 occasions. But for some reason it wasn't properly returned in its bag on this occasion, so I hope this is raised with the team as it should be returned back in the bag (how it is provided).”
“All good except the charge. I was away for 2 weeks and my car was put on charge on the first day of me dropping the car. By the time I came back, the battery was at 30% as the "SENTRY MODE" was activated as soon as they moved the car and the operator did not witch it off as recommended by APH. had to stop on my way home to top up to have enough charge to get home.”
“Super easy service to use, dropped the car off at the office and handed over the key and the charging cable amd jumped on the ahuttle bus to the terminal. On return, we rang to confirm we were back, the shuttle bus came within about 10 minutes and took us to the office. We were given our keys and guided to our fully charged car. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use the service again.”
