“It is quite some time since I last used APH Park and Ride, it is very pleasing to see there standards are still excellant, my car was fully charged when I picked it back up.”
“I am a frequent user of APH in Manchester. Normally very good with short time waiting time for client collection on arrival to airport. However this last time I had to wait 40 minutes on terminal 2 at Manchester Airport.”
“No issue with the service of staff or charging the vehicle. Issues with how long it took the bust to leave after we got on following leaving our vehicle. It was around 20 mins we were waiting on the bus with our kids before it left. Also on return our charging cable was simply thrown into the footwell and not returned to it's case or left in the boot of the vehicle. Unlikely to use again.”
“Excellent service, only complaint is that we had a thirty minute wait for the bus and upon our return, found our charging cable sprawled over the front passenger seat, rather than rolled up and put in its space in the boot.”
“Generally a good experience, waiting time at airport for pickup needs to improve as we waited over well over 1/2 hour for our transport, luckily it wasn't raining so not such a big issue.”
