“Easy to find and we were shortly on bus to the terminal.
On the way back however I rang them to tell them we were back and needed the shuttle bus, I asked where do we go to catch it, the lady was quite abrupt and just said follow the information on the ticket, ticket said go to bus stop K and L which we did, but there was building work going on and we couldn't physically get to the bus stops.
Rang again no answer, rang a third time and she didn't seem to know what was going on, eventually got told to go to bus stop F right outside the terminal !
On getting back to the car park we were quickly given our car keys, but then found the charging cable in the footwell of the car, not in its dedicated bag, so bearing in mind it's raining spent a few minutes rolling up the charger cable which I could have done without. Lazy really”

“We wanted to park an EV whilst on holiday and this company charges your EV whilst you are away to a pre-paid level either 30kw or 60kw of charge.
This is the reason we booked this car park and arriving back to a fully charged car was great and for that reason, we would use them again.
It took ages to get to the airport as they waited and filled the single decker bus before we left.
They take your return flight number so they know when you return and ask for a text when you clear arrival. They give you a ticket to show to the return dinner. It has instructions about where the airport pick up point is. Went there. Waited. Bus went past us. Phoned them. The instructions on the ticket were incorrect. Returned to where we had been. Sent another text. Waited again.
We had a 5 hour drive to get home so really didn't want to spend over 40 minutes hanging around an airport waiting for a bus to take us to our car.
The return driver was unfriendly. The only thing he said to us was 'ticket'. No hello, no apology for us being sent to the wrong place, no assistance with our luggage.
Got to car, it was covered in a layer of dust as though the Sahara had blown sand over it. We have no back windscreen wiper so the first thing we had to do was get water and try and clean the back windscreen.
The customer toilets were really nice.
We have used many different off-site parking companies. The only reason we would use this company again is to get a fully charged car.”
