“Easy to get to from the motorway and the buses are very frequent and easy to use to get to the terminal. On coming back the buses were a bit slower so we did have to wait for longer, maybe max 15 mins”
“Easy to access and find.
However, it was difficult to find a parking space and the bays are not clearly marked.
People just seemed to park their car wherever they could see a space, even if it wasn't an assigned parking spot.
I feel it would be helpful to have a warden to help navigate you to an available space, or easier to understand / clear signposting within the car parks.”
“Easy to find, no issues getting in or out, regular and reliable bus service to and from airport, only issue is drive around for a while looking for car park space, guess not a lot you can do about that.”

Especially the way it gives you time for free if plane is delayed.
Love the automated system on the barrier entry and exit.
However we booked for September 5th at 08.00 hrs. The car park was packed. We drove around for approximately 45 minutes to gain a space.
We were directed to an overspill car park. Parked no issues.
However when we returned on Wednesday virtually the whole car park was under water.
Our car I had to wade to over my ankles in dirty flood water.
Ruined my trainers and had to drive back barefoot.
Very disappointed in this.
The car park needs drainage.
There were cars that had water over the depth of the cars cills meaning the likelihood was the inside of the cars were flooded.
Thankfully our car wasn’t and it did start and drive with no issues.
I would strongly urge people only to park on the overflow car park as a last resort in bad weather.”
“We always use JetParks 3 when flying from Manchester. On this occasion, we were running late and couldn’t find a free space, so we parked in the additional parking near the entrance. When we tried to catch the bus, the driver refused to let us board because of where we had parked, even though we had paid for a space and parked where one was available. This was frustrating and stressful when already short on time, though thankfully the next driver was more helpful and picked us up.”
“Car park and management is fine but signposting from the main road is inadequate and when coming back it is impossible to 'guess' the right stop as the numbering systems for the stops is random. Parking is also haphazard so the spaces seem to be overbooked meaning some people just 'abandon' their cars.”
