“Car park and management is fine but signposting from the main road is inadequate and when coming back it is impossible to 'guess' the right stop as the numbering systems for the stops is random. Parking is also haphazard so the spaces seem to be overbooked meaning some people just 'abandon' their cars.”
“The car park was poorly lit and very flooded. There was also a lack of available spaces, which meant that people had parked on the access routes. The wait time for the bus to the terminal was fine, but on return to the carpark with waited for 30 minutes, in the rain, due to the shelters being full.”
“The biggest problem on arrival is finding a parking space. There is no indication where free spaces are and I spent 10 minutes going around this huge car park. A more organised system is required with signs indicating which zones have free spaces is needed”
“Easy to find/enter/leave. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only ten mins from the airport. Just need to make sure you know where your car is parked because it's huge and there doesn't seem to be any numbered order to the spaces/parking lanes. We took a photo of the bus stop near us so we knew where we'd parked :) It is a bit pot holey but other than that all good. Have used before and will use again.”
