One hour later I left your car park but contacted you and asked for a refund or credit for a future holiday but your staff referred me to your t&c's what a joke if I had known 24hrs before my holiday had been cancelled I wouldn't have used your bloody car park. Your customer service stinks”
“Waiting behind 4 cars at barrier whilst front car struggled. Waited almost half an hour for the bus which was full when it came to our stop & had to wait for next bus. All in all it took 70 minutes from arrival at car park to airport terminal.”

“This was the first time we used JetParks3 at Manchester Airport. The whole process, from initially booking a space online, to attending the car park in the early hours of the morning of our flight, was really easy. Upon arrival at the car park, the ANPR system automatically raised the barrier. We were able to find a space easily. The whole car park is floodlit and this made it more comfortable walking around as it was midnight when we arrived. The shuttle bus arrived within 10 minutes to take us to the terminal. When we returned, the shuttle bus took us back to the park, where we collected our car and the ANPR system automatically raised the barrier for us. I would have not hesitation in recommending this service to any traveller. It is easy to book and works well. I will certainly be using it again when I go on holiday. Many thanks!”
