“Left my vehicle in Zone A 13/9/25. On my return 22/9/25, I had to negotiate ankle deep water to get to my vehicle. That particular zone floods during heavy rain and is not fit for perpose.”
“Car park was flooded when we arrived home. Had to walk and pull luggage through at least a foot of water. Luggage including contents were soaked and had to drive 2 hours home with wet shoes. Also gravel car park had large pot holes everywhere.”
“Booking process excellent, car parking entrance ANPR so easy, lots of bus pick up points. Our transfer bus driver was lovely and friendly. Return journey even though it was gone midnight equally a simple process. Could possibly be more lighting, maybe motion sensor type. Would use again .”
