“We booked Jet Parks 3 through APH. On arrival the number plate recognition did not work so we pressed the buzzer. Jet Parks said they had no record of our booking. We had been delayed on the motorway by series of accidents and explained we needed to get straight in otherwise we would miss our flight. They said they needed to send someone to look at the booking confirmation on my phone but could not say how long this would take as it depended on where he was on the airport. I asked if they could just let us in and we resolve it on our return, again reiterating that we are about to miss our flight. They said they cannot do that and we would have to wait.
After about five minutes nobody had come so we buzzed them again. They said they didn’t know how far off the person was but that a bus driver would be there soon and he will have a look.
The bus arrived and I ran to show him the confirmed booking and he then buzzed for them to let us through. I explained to the driver we are on the verge of missing our flight and asked if would wait for us to park so we can get on his bus. He said “no, you’ll have to get the one behind me”. We found a space quite quickly and we’re running to the bus stop as the bus was still there but the driver drove away before we got there, it would have taken about thirty seconds of waiting for us to get on that bus and we would have caught our flight! The next bus was about 15 minutes later and we just missed our flight. Neither the driver who left us or people at the end of the buzzer showed any empathy or urgency to help us, very, very disappointing.
The car park itself is in poor repair with potholes and puddles.
Definitely will not use again.
I contacted APH and they said the booking had gone through to Jet Parks and have contacted them to report back what went wrong… we haven’t heard anything back yet.”

Spaces were limited in this location and it was in the off season. You'd be stuck if no space available.
Only checks on entry & exit. Little if no patrols or CCTV other than regular bus attendance 24/7.”
