“It was a dark & very wet when we arrived at 3am, for sone reason our sat nav wouldn't accept the last digit of the postcode provided and so we had trouble finding the car park. The various roads were all tarmac but all parking spaces off these roads was chippings/mud and large puddles. This meant you couldn't put the suitcases on the floor and had to carry them to the tarmac road. The bus shelter was full and so we got drenched stood in the open waiting for the shuttle bus to arrive. It was unfortunate that it was a very wet morning and under different circumstances the review might not have been so negative. However although slightly cheaper than our usual APH car park next time we will pay the extra money.”
