“ANPR entry/exit system worked great. Carpark absolutely rammed on arrival though and only spaces were in rough unsurfaced area which were muddy and waterlogged which is not good enough given the high prices charged. Also, the transfer bus took ages to come and then wouldn't allow us to board as was full. Same for the second bus and only managed to get third bus after a considerable wait. Overall poor.”
“I spent a good hour and a half looking for my car as I had forgotten where I parked it. One of the female bus drivers on the route drove around the entirety of the car park to see if we could find it as I knew I was on the outer perimeter somewhere. Just wanted to say how amazing she was for taking the time and being so genuine with her help. I didn’t get her name but would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to her again! we were looking for a burgundy Peugeot 308. She will remember. An absolute superstar!”
