“On arrival I found it very difficult to find a space to park. The car park is vast and it would be easier if staff were on hand to direct to spaces like in other car parks at Manchester. It would also have been useful if the bus driver let you know the stops as it was late and dark when we arrived back”

“So easy, we normally book onto the multistorey being last minute we missed out...dont know if we had great timings but no waiting around like I expected, will definitely book on here again. Advice to all though remember the bus stop number for on the way back aswell as the area number, we had to guess in the dark but got that right thank goodness”
“When returning to car park on shuttle bus during darkness, without knowing car park layout, it was difficult to see signs at bus stops through dirty bus windows and with bus interior lights on. Lone female on our bus missed her stop and was left to walk a long distance with a heavy case to her car. Also had to search for what seemed a long time to find a parking space. Apart from this worked well.”
