“we arrived with ample time to book into the lounge but couldn't find a parking space, took 40 minutes before we decided to park on an end of a row, so we missed our slot in the lounge, our previous trip was perfect, we parked in the Wythenshawe car park where someone parked our car and we just got on the bus, as for the drivers absolutely no complaints, they were polite and friendly. overall im just disappointed we lost our experience in the lounge.”
“We arrived at 16:20hrs on the 15th March and the car park which is vast was very full - took some searching to find a space - recommend you leave plenty of time before your flight etc to allow for finding a space and transfer bus time.
It was raining and we parked on a non tarmac area and in a puddle on what I can only describe as clay type mud (Near Area T7)
This in the end ended up on the bottom of our cases as we unloaded and on the car mats.
The bus shelters were too small and we got wet waiting for the bus and first driver just drove past us motioning he would pick us up on the way back - we were not happy in the rain.
Fortunately the second bus stopped for us and when he passed the first bus which was on the way back he flashed his lights and stopped it / and we transferred to that as it would be first out of the car park etc
So yes would stop again but only as a last option etc a few small improvements as detailed would help the overall experience- at T2 it’s not even that clear of the pick up stand coming back - recall it’s Stand C - this could be communicated in correspondence etc”
