“Getting into the car park was easy, it was extremely well signposted however, getting to the car park after we returned was very difficult. Signposts within the terminal at Manchester were completely absent and we had to walk all the way to the train station, leave the station and backtrack until we found the right bus stop. Better signposting would really have helped! Aside from that, it was good and very reasonable.”
“You knew that I was arriving at 4am. You knew (or should have known) that The M60/M56 junction was closed for maintenance work. You should have emailed me to make me aware of this and provided alternative directions. That would have been good customer service.
Once at the car park the bus service, both ways, was excellent.”
