A bit of advice to travellers would be to get there early. You might have to hunt dow a parking spot as it was a bit full, otherwise faultless.”
“Great car park recognition of number plate immediately. Had a bit of difficulty finding a spot, but eventually did. Would be a good idea to have sign on entry of an area and row with a vacancy for next car going through as there are cameras available. Bus was good. Driver helpful with putting our cases on. All in all great parking.”
“This is good well organised off site parking that services the airport at a reasonable cost. It’s easy to book and entry and exit is by registration recognition. My only recommendation would be it needs more lighting as its difficult to see available spaces when you arrive in the dark.”
“The post code was incorrect and when l tried to contact the number on the paperwork it just cut me off after 45minutes of going round in circles circles finally got there - not impressed would not be using it again”
“Arrived in the night to find the lighting was completely inadequate. The hard-core bays are uneven and hold puddles and mud in many areas. I found finding a space at the end of September very difficult, and the bus service seemed completely inadequate to the volume of cars and people using the facility. This comment is based on the length of the wait we incurred at 3am and a weekend afternoon. I found the experience unsatisfactory based on my experience of using the same facility in the past. I will not use Jetparks again.”
