“When we arrived the number plate camera didn't pick up our number plate and the help button wasn't labelled. On our way back to the car it was dark and none of the bus stops were lit and they were not in numerical order so everyone was missing their stops.”
“Even though it's outside of the airport, I wouldn't hesitate to use the carpark again in the future. When you arrive at the carpark barrier, you call the button and you receive a token for when you exit, which you would keep on you! You just put the token in the exit machine slot and the barrier will rise.
Car is very safe and secure, my only gripe was the gravel, very difficult to drag suitcase across.
Make sure you take a pic of the area you park in and the bus stop number, very helpful on your return journey.
Buses are regular and drop you straight to your terminal and you can hop back on the jetparks 3 bus on your return. Bus drivers are friendly and helpful.”
“We had to get a taxi back to JetParks 3 as no shuttle services was on. We waited for over 45 minutes for a shuttle bus to arrive, eventually got a taxi. Website claims to provide a shuttle service every 15mins. No customer service number to be able to contact JetParks 3 about this issue and no information was provided at the time.
Would not recommend.”
