“Parking before holiday was as smooth as ever. Well done. Unfortunately coming home at 2220pm was not a good experience as we had been travelling a long time and a we just wanted to get home. My husband who was with me, was unwell. But we could not get out of the barrier as well as other cars around had problems too. We think you need new boxes as there is not much lighting around and you can find the button to phone for help. Having said that the bus drivers are very helpful. Just think you should invest in new boxes for getting out of park.”
