“I have used APH park and ride numerous times over the last 20 years (I won't go anywhere else) I have driven family and friends to Manchester airport and they all said it was so much better than the car park they used and they now also use APH. The location is ideal for the airport but most importantly I know my car is safe. All the staff I deal with are so professional from the office staff to the bus drivers. This is the only airport car parking I 100% trust which is why I will never go anywhere else.”
“We've used APH at Manchester and Gatwick for over 20 years - however in the last few years we've noticed an increase in the transfer times between the car park and the airport (particularly bad at Manchester).
Last week the time between checking our car in at the car park and arriving at the airport was 45 minutes, which is way too long (when you add onto this the fact that you need to be at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight).
The bus only seems to leave the car park when they have a bus full and we picked up passengers at Terminal 3 before we were dropped off at Terminal 1 (the transfer time would have been even longer for those people going to Terminal 2 as they were dropped off after us).
This isn't a one off incident as we flew to Florida in January from Manchester and the transfer time was the same.
As a result, I'm not sure we will use them again at Manchester and will look at another car park provider to see how they compare.”
