“First time using APH and will be using them again when next booking a holiday. Reasonable price considering it was the summer holidays and was helpful during being delayed overnight. Was reassured my vehicle was in safe hands and luckily wasnt a fee to pay upon our return (could have claimed it back if there was). The transfer bus was clean and the drivers where helpful both ways and assisted with the luggage where necessary. Overall, very pleased!”
“I have been using APH for many years but, recently the service hasn't been great. I have booked and paid for undercover parking and on a few occasions it's been left outside and been in a right state upon return to collect. The manager has apologised for this and compensated us. On our return home from this holiday, we waited over 45 minutes for the bus to collect us. When we got on the bus, it was packed, with standing room only and no room for some of our cases. The passengers were right up to the footwell of the driver. This is putting passengers at risk, bearing in mind you drive down a motorway, which I'm sure is illegal. Then for the chap on the desk to say, it was that or stay at the airport longer.”
