“2nd time we have used APH, new facilities much better. Everything worked as it should, only suggestion would be to make it clearer that the middle digit of the code is a zero and not the letter O”
“Very easy to get to, check in and out is carried out very efficiently. 10mins transfer to terminals makes it ideal location to leave your car. Safe and secure parking and worth the little extra for under cover parking in my opinion”

“Have used APH for years at Withenshaw. Always pleased with the service. Recent trip less so, we do not like the revamped reception and lack of indoor toilet. The return trip from the airport on 22nd Sept took a detour round housing estates that seemed to go on forever. In fairness this may have been due to the combination of roadworks and traffic volume on the motorway, but for once the experience was not good.
We will still use APH in future, hope the reception revamp is better when finished”
“Easy to book. I parked inside which was great as we returned in early hours so car was clear and warm. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and driver on arrival and return trip to collect car. I would recommend and would book again”
“Great service from the APH team from booking to arrival. Well-organised and swift transfer both to and from the terminals & everything clearly explained.
Paid extra for the car to be parked undercover, which it had been. However, the bonnet was plastered with bird droppings on collection. Understand it must be difficult to keep such a large indoor area bird-free with doors opening and closing constantly. Just a bit disappointed as had chosen undercover to avoid this. APH did offer to wash the vehicle. Used APH previously and never had any instances like this so hopefully just a one-off!”
