“It's great to see that APH have spent money on improving the facilities at Manchester. The new foyer/'holding area' for travellers is good. Also the toilet facilities are much better.
Our driver on pick-up from our holiday appeared very 'youthful' but turned out to be an excellent driver - a very smooth journey back to the car park (a far cry from the small old rickety buses used many years ago - I've been using APH for that long!).
A suggestion - short-term parking fees at MCR airport are (in my opinion) extortionate. I have dropped off and collected relatives and paid £6 for a maximum of 10 mins. Could APH offer something whereby I visit the APH site (with the departing travellers), drop off my car for 30 mins or so, catch the APH bus, return, and drive away. Also something similar for the incoming flight, at a price cheaper than the airport's charges? This would certainly help me and may be an extra revenue stream for APH. I would prefer to pay APH £10 for 30 mins than MCR airport for 6 mins. Please let me know if you would like to explain further.

“In all the years I have used APH, I have had only one occasion when I felt the need to complain. The complaint was answered and I chose to try them again. I pay to have my car under cover but for the second time it has come back with bird muck on the car, which makes me believe that this was not the case again. That said, the company is better than most I have looked at, the buses run regular and the car is in a secure compound and well looked after. The booking in and out system is very quick and there is even a scale to weigh your luggage. I am sure I will continue to use them, but won't pay to have the car under cover as this does not seem to happen.”
