“Used APH for years but this latest time I was left annoyed as the information printed on the return details gave the incorrect bus stop number. Appreciate Manchester Airport is to blame for the change but doesn't help the printed information is incorrect! Seriously considering whether to fly from Manchester again! They need to reconsider letting buses outside terminal 2 especially as the current arrangements are not acceptable for disabled passengers!!”

But I must say that in the past it was usually around 10 minutes”
“Service, we have found has sadly worsened over our last couple of visits. Last visit we had a considerable wait to be collected on our return from holiday. This holiday, the driver had to be told to stop to leave us for departure at terminal 2 ( he forgot ). This, despite us telling him which terminal when we got on the bus. On our return, and this was my worst complaint, me and maybe another dozen travellers had a long wait for our pick up, worse than last time. When he did arrive he did not ask for any ticket stub, nor did he get out of his cab seat to assist the more elderly passengers with their luggage. We are now seriously considering parking at the airport if things have not improved after our next trip. Lastly, why has the collection, drop off point, been moved away outside from the main airport building ? The recomendation and stars I have given APH, are based on our earlier use of your company when things were run properly. Regards”
