“Booking process, check in & staff all good. But was left waiting for pick-up for over 45 minutes and the pick-up K at terminal 2 is long way from terminal for anyone who's not in reasonable condition!”

Booking for a simple process, selected all I wanted and paid for it. Turned up on the day, entrance was easy to find, pulled up at the bay and exited the car with my belongings and walked to the front desk. Greeted by a pleasant advisor, who took my keys and handed me a slip for my return. Left the car and off I went in the shuttle transport.
On the return, you check your slip and there is a mobile number to text your booking number, your car is pulled back to the main car park and waiting for you.
Overall, very simple and easy. Would definitely use again. Price was good and big savings compared to JetParks”
