“We are normally very pleased with APH parking BUT in this occasion we were disappointed. We paid the additional cost for having our car parked undercover. However , on our collection we noted that our car was covered in a layer of dusty rain marks & HARD!!bird droppings. I queried this with the staff & was told that our vehicle had been parked under cover until 2 hours before our collection. We did NOT believe that this had been the case due to the condition of our vehicle on collection!!!!”
“This is not really a review more of a complaint. Havn't flown for a while but booked parking confident that the service will be good. as it has always been many times. The complaint is the position of drop off/pick up point at terminal 2, bus stand K. It is much too far from the terminal entrance which incidentaly is where stand A is situated. On our arrival, in darkness,it was pooring down and we got soaked walking from stand K to the terminal entrance. On return, again in darkness, we had to drag the cases through grit and salt (recent snow?). You cannot control the weather but the inordinate distance from stand K to terminal 2 is asking a bit much for your clients. I would have thought that AHP was an important client to Manchester Airport? but it seem the company has been allocated the worst stand?”
