“Great service as usual, however the desk staff really are in need of some customer service training. During our key/car collection today the topic of conversation was not one of greeting and servicing customers, but one of who wanted first breakfast slot and which driver was next for a break. Both important issues for the staff but not something to be negotiated as customers were being greeted and keys collected, this is all back office chat and shows a lack of professionalism that let’s the company down.
The bus driver was however on top of his work, being both friendly and efficient.”

“We use APH Sharston every time we fly from Manchester Airport, because not only is it convenient for us, but we get what we consider an excellent standard of service at an extremely competitive price. The staff are friendly and helpful and exercise high standards of security, too. Because of ongoing construction at and around the airport, the buses are forced to use stops further away than usual from Terminal 2 and the buses have been delayed slightly on pick up, but as this is for reasons beyond the control of the APH Team, I wouldn’t hold that against them.”
