“I’m disappointed in the undercover parking the last two times using the covered parking my car has been dirty on collection also had a lot of bird droppings on the car this is not acceptable and I won’t pay the extra when using your parking in the future”
“Arrived both through the night and in the early hours but the first class service is the same. Most importantly, the car is kept safe and intact especially for the return journey home. I've used this car park for over 40 years, since "Security Park" days and will continue to do so for my holiday car parking needs. Well done again APH!”
“Arrived at car drop off at same sime as another car, they checked in first and as we followed them through the bus set off with them and left us behind - we'd to wait over 20 minutes! When we returned we texted APH after we'd got our bags and left the arrivals area. It was 27 minutes before the bus arrived. When we got to our car it was totally covered in thick dust and bird droppings. We'd paid extra to park it inside and weren't happy. I complained and initially staff didn't know what to do until one agreed to jet wash it - this got the worst off but I had to do it again later at home. We've used APH for about 20 years but now find that standards are slipping. We'll try somewhere else next time.”
“Straight forward no messing, greeted by a friendly smile keys handed over, hopped straight on the bus, helpful driver. Text booking code once we had retrieved baggage, got a text straight back with instructions, driver again very helpful and friendly. Keys quickly collected and car parked for us outside. Could not fault, will definitely use again and recommend.”
