“I paid for my car to be parked in a covered area to protect it form the elements and birds in particular ! When I arrived back from my holiday I was met with a car covered in bird faeces. It was obvious that my car had NOT been parked undercover as it was extremely hard ! On my way home I had to wash my car which I certainly did not appreciate! I am really disappointed as obviously paid for a service I did not receive so will be claiming a refund! I have attempted to speak to someone but to no avail.”
“I can highly recommend APH services throughout from easy booking, meet and greet, transfer to the terminal and the return pick up.
I had a slight issue on my return, but this was all sorted out by the APH customer service team and manager.
I will be using their service again as it and can recommend to all.”

“I'm sorry but we've used you for 30 years and the transport time between the car park and airport has got longer and longer over the years
It was 45 mins between us arriving at the car park and getting to the airport. I get that you need to save costs and are now waiting to fill buses before you leave the car park.
Unfortunately we'd booked a lounge and only had 20 mins in it before our flight so it was a waste of money
