When we recently left our car with you, we were sitting on the bus for around 20-30 minutes before leaving for the airport - consequently we only just got through the airport in time for the flight. This has never happened before, we have always got to the airport with plenty of time. If this is now how you are operating, then you need to tell clients to factor in an extra 30 minutes to sit on a bus going nowhere.”
