“We have been using APH for more than 20 years and never had any complaints. However on arrival for our trip on 8th January this year I found the particular individual at the desk to be extremely unhelpful, this surprised me because the APH staff are usually so welcoming and knowledgeable. Appreciating that it was 3:00am I can see the issue but APH in my eyes were redeemed when we returned on 5th February and my car wouldn't start.
Particular thanks to Steve who gave me a quick teach-in on cold starting a hybrid and soon had us on our way. We'll be back.”

“I specifically booked and paid for undercover parking because I have a brand new car and did not want it left exposed to the elements for six weeks while I was away. When I dropped the car off, there were no issues raised and nothing was mentioned about undercover parking being unavailable.
When I returned six weeks later to collect my car, it was absolutely filthy and the tyres were completely caked in mud - clearly showing the car had been left outside or used on an off-road race track! Despite me paying for undercover parking. I raised my concerns at the time and was told someone would contact me.
A few days later, I received an email apologising and advising that undercover parking was unavailable due to ongoing works. This was never communicated to me prior to, at the time of booking or at drop-off. I was offered a £10 refund, with no offer to cover the cost of having the car cleaned. After I replied stating this was unacceptable, the offer was increased to £20.
I declined their offer as it was completely inadequate given the circumstances and chose to leave this review instead. Be cautious when booking and make sure you receive the service you actually pay for.”

We completely understand why you would feel frustrated and let down. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I’m sorry for the condition your vehicle was returned in and for the upset this caused after a long trip away.
