“Overall didn’t have an issue with the service, easily booked in and collection of vehicle. The reason I’m leaving a poor review is that when we arrived back there was a transfer bus about 10m away from us which set off as we walked towards it and waved at him. Bus driver clearly looked at us but drove on anyway. This left us sitting in the cold waiting around 45 mins for the next bus to arrive.”
