“Unfortunately the carpet in the driver's footwell was very dirty, it looked liked someone wearing work boots had been driving the car. Never been a problem before, hence reduction to four stars.”
“I paid to have the car parked indoors however on return it was filthy. There was bird muck on the outside and fallout from some kind of tree or bush in the sills when you opened the boot. The same fallout was also in the sills below the front wiper’s. It clearly was not parked inside.”
