“3stars this time!!! Sorry
Used APH many times.
Previously had to send a text after collecting luggage and we had a reply so you knew- they knew you had arrived and told you where to wait. This time no reply. Went to bus stop as per ticket and just waited hoping a bus would come. It did but the uncertainty T 4.am is NOT GOOD APH!!!
Re start sending a reply please!!!”

“Shortened version :
Initial contact was great, good customer service and easy to use service. However after returning, very poor quality of service, staff condescending and brash with negative attitudes, most likely not receiving service paid for, long wait times for transfer from airport to parking, potential long term damage to vehicle. Advisory- DO NOT USE APH!
Initially, my experience was great. The location was easy to find and drop off of my car to reception was quick and easy and the person behind the counter was very friendly. The bus transfer was also very prompt (though I believe this is just because my arrival was well timed and the bus was in position to depart). This being said, the driver was friendly and provided any info requested regarding the return. Unfortunately that is the end of the positives. Upon return to the UK, I collected my baggage and did what the instructions told to me which was to text my reference to a provided phone number that I had arrived. I recieved an automated text back telling me where to wait for the transfer, so I go there. 10 minutes go by, nothing, 20 minutes, nothing. Finally by 11:46 the bus arrives (I texted them at 11:14, meaning this was a 32 minute wait). The bus driver is friendly, but I was informed that the bus transfer occurs once every 15 minutes, but this was not the case. The bus driver then takes a detour off of the usual route to drop off a passenger, at the request of this passenger as well, and there is no apologies from him or the company for the much extended delay and the detour; especially when this is in a bus without any AC or moving air in 25C heat. Upon arrival to the APH depot, I go to collect my keys and the agent working behind the desk this time is very brash and is very vague about my cars whereabouts, just saying "out that door and immediately left". This meant that I was stuck looking through hundreds of cars to find mine, though thankfully mine is a bit more obvious amongst the rest parked. Upon approaching my car however, I notice it has bird poop dried onto the roof and the door panel (Keep in mind I paid for indoor parking). So I went back and asked how long my car was left outside, to which I was responded to with "We take it out 2 hours before arrival, why whats wrong?" in, again, a very brash and condescending tone. I explain the situation, they tell me to bring my car around to the exit gate where I am met by another person in an orange vest. I roll down my window and they ask if I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of my car, of which I responded that I wasnt and questioned how and why there was dried on bird poop on my car after I dropped it off freshly cleaned. To this, he jestured to the sky with a very uncaring and condescending motion and expression. He then offered to clean the car, which I accepted since if it was only left for 2 hours, even though it was sunny and hot, it should not be dried on enough to stay on after a jet wash and should come off with ease. So he and another person jet wash and soap brush my car, and instead of inspecting I just drive away because at this point I just didn't want to deal with any of the attitude I was being given. Upon arrival to a service station I inspect the cleaning work, and there is still bird poop on my car where I watched them wash and it is still dried on. They tried to do a thorough job of cleaning, even having to bring the power washer close to the affected areas on the windows to even get it off. But now I have a massive spot on the roof of my car where there is still bird poop as I am unable to get it off, which tells me that even though I paid for indoor parking to keep my car clean and free of damage, I most likely did not receive indoor parking for at least a full day, if not longer. I now am worried that this is going to cause damage to my paint and will have to get it repaired, and I am honestly quite heistant to contact anyone at this company to ask for the cost to be covered due to the unfriendly nature from the staff when I arrived back from the UK. Also I would like to question the reasoning for having to text a reference number to them if they do take the cars out 2 hours before arrival, just seems to be a waste of time to me. All in all, unless you dont mind dealing with people who dont care about one of the most expensive items you own, not getting what you paid for, and being talked down upon for bringing up an issue caused by them, DO NOT USE APH!.”
