“Drop off was so easy took no time, pick up was even easier took away alot of stress after flight knowing car would be waiting for us. Staff were freindly and helpful.”
“Excellent service once again! But road signage still needs to be upgraded as its not clear which exit to take for Meet & Greet turn off, for the 3rd time we ended up in departures at T2 and had to pay £5 exit fee!!”

Directions to T2 were poor and directions out of the car park towards A555 were poor too.”
“We're used to using T1 M&G which is easy peas. T2 is not quite so easy to get to. That said, once you get to the drop off desk it becomes relatively straightforward with plenty of human help available if required. Collection is a breeze. They could consider having a proper queue at the drop off as it was a bit busy with people walking up to any available machine without regard for those already waiting. But yes, I'll use it again”
“Really simple and efficient service.
Two small points though: firstly, with key drop off being inside the terminal it would be really easy to forget to hand over your keys and secondly, if you take the wrong exit from the roundabout (like I did) it will cost you £5 to drive round to try again”
