“Very disapointed with the excess charge I had to pay due to an error in my return time. I was unable to amend my original booking to reflect the correct date (landed at 0430 on the 3 April and my original booking had me landing at 1630 on 2 April). On arrival to check in I was advised you cannont amend original bookings only cancel them and rebook your parking. There is no where on the website that advises you to do so. The website states you are uable to amend the booking. I collected my car (being made aware there would be a charge for the extra 12 hours) but I did not expect it to be well over half the cost of the orginal 14 day stay. I expected at least 20 pounds extra (due to the 12 hours) and not over 60 which I was charged. Although I would use them again the booking system needs to be amended to allow you to amend your original booking to reflect any changes you need to do or at least advise you that if you need to amend your orginal booking you have to cancel it and then rebook.”
“Good experience. Car was ready on time. Not your typical meet and greet as you pick the keys up from a locker on arrival. But good efficient service and it worked for us. Will continue to use when we use this service.”
“Terminal 2 is a bit more difficult to navigate than T1 and T3 due to it's size but the directions and instructions were perfect, both when parking and for the key collection on return.”
