“On the day we where travelling to USA there was slight mess up in date but this was sorted out the service we had was top class on return I picked up key no problem”

On returning not only was the collection office poorly sign posted. Once we found the car we had damage to our tyre. The tyre had been visibly curbed and was flat! Ryan the manager was helpful and admitted fault. But we have incurred further expense until the possible refund for the new tyre. I would advise anyone to have a good look round your vehicle before leaving. I hope that we will receive the tyre value and compensation for the incurred delay caused by this service.”
