“New layout to me not the most auspicious way to start but very helpful staff made it a good experience. Good overall service but I wondered where my 25% discount went after only being giveb 15% on booking. Clarify that and it will be a highly useable and friendly way of getting to your destination”
“Signage off the last roundabout could be more clearer. We ended going through the drop off and paying. If you do, press the speaker at the barrier and tell them you are meet and greet. They should let you go without paying. Once we arrived at the multi storey, it was plain sailing.The staff were great. Will definitely use next time.”
