“It would have been helpful to know exactly how the system worked before we left for the airport but it was good to be able to just drive to the airport and leave the car although be warned that getting to the top floor of the car park can be a bit tight. On arrival after removing our baggage from the car, we were directed to reception inside the airport where staff were available to help with the process. Once everything was scanned we were given a slip of paper with details of how and where to collect the car on our return.
On our return, late at night, there were few staff around in the airport and no directions to where we would find our car. We eventually managed to find someone to point us in the right direction and from there on it was a very simple matter. Scanned our barcode and a box containing the key dropped open and we were informed which area to pick up the car from.
Our only suggestion would be better signage to the key collection point, especially at night”
