“Beware of the signs. Why the carpark isn't called M&G T2 anymore is surprising. The recent change of signage is confusing and we found ourselves driving through both (chargeable) drop off areas before we found the entrance. Also I made an error in the booking 4pm instead of 4am that I hadn't realised. Staff at reception were helpful and the error wasn't an issue plus they said I would be removed from the 'naughty list' for the drop off areas. It must be a frequent occurence. Would use again for early/late flights.”
“Initial sign posting to enter Meet and Greet is shocking - as a result I had to drive up the ramp to the standard drop off and pay £5 to exit! After dropping the car off the agent told me to take a picture of the receipt so I can bin the receipt and scan the picture on my return to get my keys. Upon my return only one lift was working to get up to the lockers. The picture on my phone wouldn’t scan so had to call meet and greet reception who rudely snapped “why did you take a photo” when I explained it the MAN airport meet and greet staff who told me to this he basically called me a liar. Have alway used drop and go and walked over and never had a problem, will continue using that.”
