“On our return at around 9.45pm on a Sunday night, we had to wait almost an hour before our car was returned to us! The reason given was because of the political situation in the Middle East. What the hell that would have to do with Manchester Airport parking on a Sunday night is beyond me. We were furious! I raised a complaint with them and we have yet to receive any kind of response. Do not use M&G T2 if you want a quick get away after you return from your holiday!”

Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, the airport has been experiencing higher than usual volumes, which has unfortunately impacted service levels.
That said, we are very sorry that you experienced such a long wait for your vehicle on return. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been after your journey.

“Excellent team at Manchester, helped us as this was our first time using them. Given all the information we needed and clear instructions for our return. Will definitely be using again”
“Arrival proceedure good, the problem seems to be on collection. Used Meet & Greet in November, on collection wrong location given, took half an hour to sort it out.
Arrived back to collect car 15th March 2300hrs. Told car not been delivered and couldn't advise how long it would be. Left phone number with reception as they said we would be contacted so went for a coffee. After 30 mins went back only to be told " yeh, it's here." When asked why they hadn't contacted me I was told the message hadn't been passed on.
Not what you want after a near 6 hour flight approachin midnight.

“Slight mixup with the directions to enter the car park (went through the normal drop off first time round) but the staff were helpful, took my reg in case of being charged - perhaps the instructions could be reviewed. Very smooth process both at drop off and pick up. Not the cheapest parking option but possibly the easiest and most convenient. Will definitely consider next time flying from Manchester”
