“Parking set up excellent but only 3 stars as really poorly signposted from last roundabout into car park. Inadvertently went into Pick up Drop off area so on return opened a fine for not paying Pick up Drop off fee. IMPROVE THE SIGNAGE.”
“The service provided by M&G T2 is very efficient. One criticism is the signage to M&G T2, which is APPALING. Don't know who is reponsible for this but it should be addressed as M&G is expanding rapidly from when I first started using the service.”
“The drop off was easy enough and there were staff to assist with the 'self service' process at departure. However, on return I had to go to the lockers on an upper floor of the multi storey car park. This felt very isolated and having returned on a late night flight there were no staff around. I was glad to be with two other adults in my party. Had I been alone or with children I believe I would have felt quite uncomfortable.”
