“The usual efficient handover and pickup; park the car, short walk to key drop with assistance if needed. On return leave arrivals hall and short walk to kiosk,scan receipt and pick up key from locker with assistance if needed,would recommend this service for it's convenience.
Only negative comment was that my car was covered in greyish dust/grime on collection; where had it been parked for 11 days?”

“This was my first ever time using M&G. Very well organised where you were directed to a lane for parking. The attendant explained to take our luggage and cross into the terminal where the M&G reception was close by. The person on duty explained what to do and a couple of minutes later I was checked in and on my way. On returning I was told to cross the road when exiting arrivals and my car was waiting once I collected the key. A very good system which worked efficiently and I would definitely use again.”
