“Initial sign posting to enter Meet and Greet is shocking - as a result I had to drive up the ramp to the standard drop off and pay £5 to exit! After dropping the car off the agent told me to take a picture of the receipt so I can bin the receipt and scan the picture on my return to get my keys. Upon my return only one lift was working to get up to the lockers. The picture on my phone wouldn’t scan so had to call meet and greet reception who rudely snapped “why did you take a photo” when I explained it the MAN airport meet and greet staff who told me to this he basically called me a liar. Have alway used drop and go and walked over and never had a problem, will continue using that.”

“Flight was cancelled unfortunately. Was unable to cancel parking or at least receive a part refund as had already entered car park. Seems very unfair given I had paid for a full week.”
