“Communication could be improved on where to go for key drop. Car wasn't in the area specified on tag on return which meant us searching the carpark endlessly for our car and no staff nearby to ask. I would recommend as despite this negative experience this time it has usually been ok”

“Car park not easy to find as signs at Manchester airport are rubbish. Once at the car park everything straightforward, easy to check in. Once at the return easy to find locker with key and reasonably easy to find car. Only downside is car park quite narrow and they park head on in spaces so a real nightmare to reverse out of the space, would be much more helpful if they reversed into the allotted space.”
“I didn't go away because of the war, no refund from APH, no explanation why I have not received a refund despite my numerous emails ....... still waiting for a reply as to why I have not received a refund approximately £140 lost through no fault of my own.
I go away 2-3 times a year and use this service all the time but never again until I receive my refund. What a rip off”

“Meet & Greet is ideal for parking your car for Terminal 2 no problem.
But we had problems finding the meet & greet from the roundabout, needs to be a bigger sign up before you approach it. All we could see was Drop & go and end up with a fine for driving straight through.”
