“Always a smooth process dropping and picking up the car. It was seamless for us. This time our daughter also had her car there and was told which area when she got her key back. Unfortunately they searched and it wasn’t there! They had to wait till it was brought from the parking to them. That’s why 4 not 5 start. I will say this is the first time we have had an issue and we will use again.”
“Great when dropping car off, but pickup was not so great, very tight spots had to pull car out of space to get luggage and passengers into car and no pavement or walkway so not very safe especially for children as had to walk on road where vehicles were exiting.”
