“The directions to the arrive at M&G are very poor. You have to follow the signs for "All Car Parks" and the only mention of where to go for M&G is actually on a matrix board on the roundabout before the entrance. Coming back is even worse. We only managed to find our car with the help of one of the M&G staff who showed us where to go. There needs to be far more signs to make this less stressful.”

“When initially arrived there was noone to greet us but the gentleman who arrived a few minutes later was extremely helpful. Collection process was straightforward. However our electric vehicle that we left with 55 miles showing was now on zero, this may have been down to the cold weather but we had to immediately find an EV charger. Maybe having EV charger onsite would be a good idea.”
