“Booked in for 5-20 Jan 26 meet and greet, which included 1 night in hotel.Cost £207.39. Good value I thought.
We made a mistake because although our return flight departed the holiday destination 20 Jan it didn’t land until the very early hours of 21Jan. This was picked up by parking staff when we showed them the paperwork when dropping the car off on the 5th. The parking attendant said it wasn’t a problem but probably may have to pay a ‘little extra’ on return but was aware of this.
On return at 0400 on 21 Jan, had to pay an additional £61.40 to release the vehicle. Even if the £207 initial fee did not include the hotel it would have worked out at just under £14 per day for the stay! I am disgusted, total rip off and boarding on extortion in my opinion, would never use this car park again!”

We’re very sorry to hear how disappointed you were with the additional charge applied on your return, and we fully understand how frustrating this must have felt, particularly after the booking initially appeared to offer good value.
As APH acts as the booking agent, the operation of the car park — including arrival and return times and any overstay charges — is managed directly by the Manchester Airport parking operator. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control and are applied in line with the operator’s published terms and conditions when a vehicle returns outside the pre-booked period.

“All went good on arrival at airport, on return to airport , no clear signage in airport , it was dark wet night , no made clear where instructions could be found , needs addressing please , has been a great set for years , but last few visits on returns have been difficult”
