“excellent service, proffesional and does excatly what it says it does, drop your car off, meet by someone, hand your keys in, and when you return the car is their waiting, ive used this service many times, and is well worth the extra few pounds it costs.”
“This is a very convenient Meet & Greet with the peace of mind it is 'official'. I booked months ahead of my trip so the cost was very acceptable. The signposting to the car park has improved significantly over the last 12 months so I found it easy to get to. Drop off is easy and it is literally 1 minute into the terminal. Signage and collection of keys is easy on return. 1 minute onto the motorway to start my journey home makes this a brilliant parking option for me at T2.”
“Once we arrived everything went smoothly, but the signage for it as you approach is aooalling, we ended up going through the drop off zone first. Guy at check in very helpful but on our return hadnt realised we had to go somewhere else to get keys as it is very different from T3 where we usually park and the guy on check in hadnt told us it was different. Admittedly I didnt read the receipt until we had wandered round looking for the return reception. Please make it more obvious in the booking and checking in procedure. Otherwise the parking was great”
“Signage could do with improvement
Never used T2 meet and greet before so ended up going wrong.
Arrived back to the car to find the front dash cam power supply disconnected!
No explanation could be offered and the operative said it would take 20 minutes before a supervisor could come.
Disappointed for what we thought was a premium service.
Especially since we told the staff on arrival my wife is disabled, car was parked quite a way from the reception.

“First time using Manchester Airport and APH parking. Found the multi storey hard to get around. It wasn't obvious which was the stairwell to drive up. Found the attendant when you parked your car on the top level unhelpful. Had to follow other customers to understand where to go next. The attendant inside T2 was welcoming, friendly, he explained the procedure and helped with printing out your key locker ticket. He even explained where the Jet2 check in desk was located. Gave me confidence to leave my car with APH.
On return the signage is very poor, you are directed to the East multistorey car park, saw no sign for that, only West multi storey.. On the level where you collect your keys there is no signage to indicate where the key lockers are located. Again had to follow others. It's misleading to call it 'meet and greet' as it felt in parts a souless and automated operation. The car was returned in the condition I had left it in and was sensibly parked. The best feature about APH is that the multi storey car park is a short walk from T2. We stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn next to T2 booked through APH and the hotel was excellent. Lovely room, nice restaurant, helpful staff and quiet. Just had to cross the road to enter T2 at 5am in the morning.”
