“this was our first experience of using Meet and Greet Clearly signposted, Written directions clear. We arrived on a quiet mid afternoon so might be a different experience on a busy morning. All staff very helpful in explaining the procedure. on our return we had difficulty finding the key locker as we used a different lift from that which was detailed in the directions. signage when exiting the lifts in each lift lobby would be helpful to find the exact location of the key lockers”
“Used the meet and greet at T2, found the sent instruction ok but missed the entrance to the meet and greet and ended up in the drop off area, asked the attendant and he explained the error and fortunately waivered the fee. On return again the instructions were good there are two lifts to the lockers I needed, and I took the wrong one, but that again was resolved quickly. Would only use meet and greet, the car was safe and had not been moved a lot.”
