We used Meet and Greet at Manchester Airport for the first time for a holiday we took in September 2025. It's a bit more expensive than the shuttle-bus car parks, but we certainly felt it was extra money well spent. It was great to be able to drive right up to the terminal, leave the car there (the drop-off process was easy and straightforward) and then simply walk across the road into the terminal itself. For the return trip, we landed in the early hours of the morning, so it was lovely not to have to lug our baggage on to a shuttle bus and ride 10 minutes or so from the airport. We just collected our key from a secure locker in the main T2 car park, the car's location was printed on a label attached to they key, we found our car and we were away. When we next fly from Manchester, we will definitely use the Meet and Greet service again.

I have used the M&G service for a number of years now and every time the service has been very good with no problems to report. One "gripe" on this trip however was the VERY POOR signage to the car park at Manchester Airport. The 'usual' M&G directions had been replaced with "Pre-booked parking only". This caused some confusion at the T2 roundabout and only because I had used the service before, I knew which exit to take for M&G. First time users were seen circling this roundabout in total confusion.

Amazing service, EASY! Drive straight in registers your reg plate, park, drop your keys off. Walk into terminal check in. Land, walk out of arrivals up 2 floors in lift, pick keys up from designated locker, tag attached to your keys with where your car is parked. Book again and again.....

Dropped car off Sunday evening for Early Monday flight. Monday at airport passports weren't to hand. Meet and Greet found our car and returned it to find passports in rear footwell. We managed a later flight and picked up the car 10 days later. Excellent service and assistance.

Our experience was made more difficult by the roadworks going on at the airport. They'd removed the signs for T2 meet and greet which meant we drove round 3 times looking for the entrance. This resulted in 2 traffic fines when we returned from holiday. They did quash them after I appealed though. On collecting our car, we were told it was on level 2 when it was actually on level 1 so we spent half an hour looking for it. Not the personal service/meet and greet we thought we'd paid for! It wasn't cheap either so not sure I'd use it again unless there was a deal on.

Ignoring the fact that the roads at Manchester Airport aren't the easiest to navigate the meet and greet is well signposted. We were very impressed as this was the first time of using. However, I hadn't checked the mileage when I left and I understood they don't take the cars very far. So we were a bit annoyed when both the radio station and car seat had been altered. By all means alter the station but put it back. Also move the seat backwards/forwards but don't alter anything else, why would you need to unless you're driving a long way? Also the car had been left in gear. It wouldn't put us off using it again but it felt inconsiderate, especially if we'd just come off a long flight.
