“The check-in was ok. The return was awful - there was no meeting and greeting at all and the whole procedure was inconvenient and time wasting. When we eventually found the M&G reception and got our key, we were told my car was in the green section, row 3. We searched for over 10 minutes, including outside where it was raining. We found an attendant, who was extremely rude almost to the point of aggression and said 'Have you looked?' We looked again for another 10 minutes, tried to call the man back, who ignored us. On our way back to reception, we found my car next to a pillar - in the blue section. Shabby service and will never use this 'service' again.”
