“I have used this service for 4 or 5 years, always great service till June 2023. When we picked up the car someone had been fiddling with the settings on the car, wing mirrors would not come out upon starting the car, the screen display had been turned off the automatic brake hold system had been turned off, and also there was a black mark on the rear panel of the driver's side door. Need some assurances that things like these I have mentioned and sorted internally so we do not have to give reviews like this”

The only problem I had was finding my car. It was in Green 7 row but row 7 was on the back of row 1. Against numbering convention, you would have thought it should be after row 6. Found the car eventually.
Leaving the car on arrival in a row of cars and not having to park in a tight bay is a real bonus.”
