“The handover of my vehicle on the outbound journey was good. However, when I returned to collect my vehicle, the label attached to my key stated that the vehicle was parked in the red zone on row five. The vehicle could not be located and was not even in the vicinity surrounding this particular area of the car park. I eventually found my vehicle some 80 yards away in a different coloured zone parked behind a concrete support pillar. The two airport staff who initially assisted in looking for the vehicle left me to search for my vehicle alone.”
