“It is a convenient service to be able to park at the Terminal, however there were some bugs in the system that need ironing out for a smoother experience.
1) Directions to the T2 Meet and Greet were as clear as mud. This needs revisiting and correcting. Put yourself in my shoes and drive the route and try to find it using either a) the signs on the road or b) satnav, then you'll know what needs correcting.
2) I was not told that it was not business as usual because of renovation work going on inside Terminal 2. So finding my way to and from the car park was problematic.
3) There was no one on hand to receive us or direct us.
4) The ANPR mis-read my car number. I needed assistance from the attendant to open the barrier.”
“Dad's car was taken and driven for 6 miles person has played about with stuff in the car alarm now keeps going off and other issues aph don't want to listen or help”
“Fine on departure. On arrival completely different story. Poorly signposted. Eventually found the check-in area, asked the member of staff there for directions which were wrong, phoned the service number, the guy hung up on me because I said about all of above. Asked at the taxi desk, another company, and they were able to help. No meet, no greet, just rude/stupid staff and wandering around the airport aimlessly. Will never use again.”
