“If the directions were correct, then this would be an excellent service! Unfortunately, the directions to Kohls through the car park where I had to pay an additional fee just to drive through it. I rang the helpline and nobody answered! I then retraced my steps and found the meet and greet advertised on the main advertisement boards and so I followed those signs. Once I had reached the meeting point everything was smooth. Unfortunately, on my return the ticket told us to go to unit A, we could not find this. If the ticket told you to go out of the car park and directly in front of you, you will find the meeting greet. This would’ve been much more sufficient and understood by us. Overall, it is an excellent service and the above comments will not stop me from using the service again, especially now I know the directions for drop-off and collection!”
