“As someone who finds the whole airport experience quite stressful, this was a walk in the park! Clear directions sent by email, well signposted. Staff very polite and informative. Parked where instructed as directed a very short walk less than 2 mins straight in to T2. Left car key at desk, got a printed bar code ticket. Upon return went straight back to desk, scanned ticket and a locked secure box opened with car key inside and informed which space car parked in. Stress free will definitely book again when using T2.”
“think that for the first time of using the meet and greet we found that the signs wasn’t very clear and what seemed like you was on top of the sings before you’ve seen them witch then was to late and ending up paying £5.00 to drive through drop off.
It wasn’t just me another family member did exactly the same thing and we wasn’t following each other. The signs need to be more clearer and easier to follow.
Also the post code for the meet and greet didn’t take us to the correct place”

“First time I used this. The instructions sent were clear. Signage could do with being slightly more prominent. I missed the entrance for the arrival reception area. However, once there, the staff were very helpful with clear instructions as to what to do next. On return I wasn't quite sure how to retrieve the car key but again staff on hand to help. The meet and greet is a good way of avoiding going round and round in circles in a multi-story car park and not having the worry of trying to find your car when you get back.”
