“Drove straight into the multi storey, barrier opened automatically. Followed signs to Meet and Greet area. Stopped for the car to be scanned. Drove forward to friendly parking steward who interacted with the kids and gave us directions to key drop off. Easy peasy.
On return followed signs to Meet and Greet pick up, helpful man took my receipt and returns key and gave directions to where the car was parked. Which was 30 yards away! Simple, stress free and will use again.”
“Arranging meet and greet at Manchester was fairly straightforward using my account with APH. It is expensive but being a former customer made it slightly cheaper. My 'car finder' on my phone allowed me to see where my car was parked and was reassured that it was located near to T2 and not dumped in a farm yard which makes headlines with other scam companies.
Thankfully, staff at M&G reception were on hand to assist when dropping my keys off because it was not clear to me what happens to the keys. The same on my return. Collecting the keys was easy and the staff in attendance made it clearer regarding the location of my car in the car park. Signage in and around the airport could be clearer because it is easy to get confused with the various entrances and exits. The coloured zones on pick up could also be better signed. All in all, a good experience which could be improved with price reductions and better signage. The staff we encountered were courteous and helpful.”
